bit library

LuaJIT's shared built-in bit library is available as bit or require("bit"). It is not a custom traceless namespace. It exports tobit, tohex, bnot, band, bor, bxor, lshift, rshift, arshift, rol, ror, and bswap with LuaJIT BitOp semantics.
