Developer mode

Developer mode is available to every user and resets to disabled on each injection. Enabling it shows local project selection plus Load and Unload controls.

Projects are discovered from Traceless\scripts\<project>\main.lua. Only folders with a root main.lua are listed, and only one local project can be active.

Loading the selected active project performs a transactional reload: the old instance remains active unless the replacement can be read and initialized successfully. Local source is read directly and is never included in the cloud-script list saved by a config.
